Returning an item within 30 days
You can return goods purchased from our e-shop within 30 calendar days of receipt – no reason required.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging
- No signs of installation or wear
- Include proof of purchase (or order number)
Return shipping is paid by the customer (except in case of claims).
🛠️ Complaints (defective item)
You can submit a claim within 24 months of receiving the goods if they are defective or not working properly.

- Include order number, product name, and description of the issue (you may attach a photo/video)
- We’ll guide you on the next steps – replacement, repair or refund
Return address
We’ll send the correct return address after email confirmation – do not send back items without arrangement.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive your return. You’ll get your money back using the same payment method.
