The story of ESO began in the 1940s with the vision and passion of founder Mr. Jaroslav Simandl, who started by producing spare parts for motorcycle engines. Soon, he built his own engine – and eventually, an entire motorbike. His determination and skill laid the foundation for a company that would make the small village of Divišov world-famous for its high-performance machines.

Over the decades, ESO motorcycles and engines have won countless world championship titles and earned a legendary status in speedway and long track racing.

Today, ESO Speedway Factory continues this legacy with pride and precision.
